Our Brut Tradition cuvée opens our range of products. With its fresh and fruity character, it will easily accompany your aperitifs and will be in harmony with all your celebrations and friendliness moments !

Blending

(wines from the harvest of 2011 and 30% of reserve wines)
75% made with Pinot Noir
20% made with Chardonnay
5% made with Pinot Meunier

Soil

Vines mainly planted in « La Montagne de Reims », in plains and hillsides composed of clay and limestone.

Harvest

The maturity of every plot is checked, the harvest is made by hand and the grapes are sorted out directly in the vine.

Wine-making

The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are made in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.

Maturing and ageing

The bottled wine ages in our cellars and starts expressing its aromas and delicacy.

Tasting

The eye - Golden yellow colour with a long-lasting “cordon”.

The nose - It is expressive, flattering, round and enjoyable. This Champagne opens up on buttery brioche and viennoiserie fragrances.

The mouth - It is ample but fresh, without heaviness. Aromas of white peach dominate the palate, then notes of melon appear to give way to a subtle and spicy finish with sweet notes of liquorice.

This cuvée will be perfect for your aperitifs or starters, to accompany a cheese soufflé, gougères or melon served with cured ham

BRUT RÉSERVE

Our Brut Réserve cuvée which ages more in our cellars can be drunk during the aperitif or to accompany dishes like foie gras or poultry.

The eye - Brilliant golden colour with long-lasting foam we call "cordon".

The nose - The first nose is powerful and reveals a lot of minerality as well as notes of light tobacco leaves. Flavours of peach come first and then exotic fruits such as lychee appear.

The mouth - The mouth is well balanced and rather lively. Honey comes in the middle palate with taste of mirabelle pie. The finish is long and long-lasting.

The Brut Tradition Cuvée has a fresh and fruity character, which will accompany your aperitifs and will be perfect for all your celebration events.

BRUT ROSÉ

Our Brut Rosé cuvée is the ideal blending of white wine and red wine. This Champagne revealing red fruit aromas will be perfect to be drunk during the aperitif as well as to accompany your desserts!

Pinot Noir by vinification (18% vinified like red wine)

The eye - The colour has copper lights and amber highlights. The fine bubbles give birth to a nice "cordon".

The nose - The nose is rather elegant and reveals flavours of strawberry marmalade.

The mouth - The entry is well structured, lively, fresh and dynamic. The stewed strawberry comes back into the mouth and ends with notes of cooked strawberries.

The red fruit aromas of this Champagne Rosé will be perfect for the aperitif as well as for the dessert.

The nose - It is strong and elegant. It reveals floral notes, especially fleur-de-lis.

The mouth - It is fresh with some chewiness. Tropical fruit appears into the mouth with aromas of pan fried pineapple. The finish is straightforward.

This Champagne will be perfect with chicken and caramelised pineapple !

The eye - Bright-golden colour with straw hints.

The nose - It is strong and rich. Flaked almond flavours open out, along with aromas of dried fruits like date.

The mouth - It is dynamic and lively. The entry is strong and even brings some lightness to the wine. Cherry notes blend with stone aromas on the finish. This rich wine must be drunk now.

This Millésime has a clean character that is typical from our terroir. It will be perfect for your aperitifs.
